IT Business Manager

We\'re seeking an experienced IT Business Manager to oversee and drive the integration of

technology solutions with business strategies. The ideal candidate will manage IT projects, optimize

processes, and liaise between teams, customers, and business units to ensure the effective delivery of

services.

-Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

▪ Oversee software development, network security, and IT infrastructure.

▪ Manage budgets, resource allocation, operations, and vendor relationships.

▪ Lead IT and Support project management efforts, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

▪ Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company

operations.

▪ Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.

▪ Ensure that the company’s operations deliver the required performance, being committed to

delivering great customer/contact experience through a variety of communication channels.

▪ Driving sales/marketing of company’s product and services to clients

▪ Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing program and recommend improvements

▪ Interact with Clients to ensure and confirm promised service level is achieved.

▪ Research on trending technology and services and develop strategies to improve quality and

productivity.

▪ Hiring, terminating, performance evaluation, promotions, training, coaching, and leading team as

they provide support for customers.

▪ Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing company goals.

Candidate Requirements

▪ Proven experience as an IT Business Manager or similar role.

▪ Strong knowledge of IT systems, network security, software development, and business

operations.

▪ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

▪ Experience managing IT teams and vendors.
